At PFC we are trying to find our way along the Jesus path for our time and place.
We Believe: Foundations of Faith
In a world that sometimes seems to be coming apart at the seams, the biblical call to unity is stirring and striking. Join us as we work through a look at the Apostle's Creed, a historic point of unity for many streams of the Christian church. The invitation is to consider and embrace the essential points of Christian doctrine articulated by the Creed.
"In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity"

SPICES 2025
As a historically Quaker congregation, we respect and seek to hold open-palmed the historic Quaker distinctives of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality, and Stewardship. Over the next several weeks we will be digging into each of these distinctives, reflecting on how they invite us into a faithful pursuit of Christ.

PFC | MISSION, VISION and VALUES
As we seek to be faithful where we have been planted it can be important to reflect on the unique ways that God is developing our church family. It can be helpful to reflect on some of what makes us unique as a church community so that we can continue living into who God is making us to be.

DISARMING THE EMPIRE: The Kingdom Strikes Back
The book of Romans has been a focal point of theological reflection and argumentation throughout the history of the Christian Church. In the midst of all that's been said before, what if the book of Romans wasn’t written to defend empire, but to disarm it?
This fall, join us as we navigate a 12-week journey through Paul’s letter to the Romans—read not as a dense, theological treatise, but as a bold, hope-filled act of resistance. Rooted in the historical realities and everyday struggles of displaced people living under Roman rule, Romans speaks directly to our world of injustice, division, and power.
Through this series, we’ll rediscover Paul’s gospel as a call to radical welcome, economic justice, and covenant faithfulness. It’s a vision of a new kind of community - a new household in Christ - where no one is excluded, everyone belongs, and empire’s lies are exposed by the truth of God’s love.
